All rentals begin with a request submission. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Our team will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery details within 2 business hours (typically much faster).

4.2 Confirmation

A rental is confirmed only after:

• We have verified equipment availability
• You have agreed to the quoted price
• Payment or credit approval is received
• Insurance verification is complete (for commercial rentals)

4.3 Pricing

All prices displayed are starting rates and may vary based on:

• Rental duration (daily, weekly, monthly rates available)

• Access to the delivery site must be provided (clear pathways, unlocked gates, etc.)
• Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or difficult access
• Equipment must be accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled return time

• Be available during delivery and pickup windows
• Read and follow all equipment operation instructions
• Comply with all safety guidelines and local regulations
• Report any equipment issues immediately
• Return equipment in the same condition it was received (normal wear excepted)
